**4th of July Safety**

As seen by most of the media outlets and social media sites, many of the local cities have banned fireworks or made a recommendation not to use fireworks this year due to the extreme fire danger we are experiencing. The Sauvie Island Fire District is making a plea as well to our community not use fireworks this year as part of the 4th of July celebration.

Please be safe and use good common sense this year during your celebration.
